What types of wood flooring do you offer, and what are the benefits of each?
We carry 2mm to 6mm species of real wood engineered. We also carry a variety width sizes of solid ¾” red oak, white oak, and European white oak. Select or character quality. Industry name brands!
How do I choose the right wood flooring for my home’s aesthetic and lifestyle?
Aesthetically we will consult with our in-house design team, our goal is to provide you with the best options in your budget!
Can you provide a free consultation or estimate for my flooring project?
Definitely, all our custom 1 to 1 design consults are at no charge to our client. We deliver quotes within the next couple of days.
What is the typical timeline for a flooring installation project?
It’s all based on product availability, the size of the project. We calculate small projects about 2 to 3 days, and larger projects 1 to two weeks. Every project is custom.
How do you ensure the durability and longevity of your wood flooring?
All of our vendors carry warranties on their wood. As far as longevity, every client will receive the manufacturer’s specifications on how to and what not to do. HLWF will also have an installation warranty on every project.
What maintenance is required to keep wood floors looking their best?
All wood flooring requires a full list of maintenance, which will be sent to them.
Do you offer eco-friendly or sustainably sourced wood flooring options?
Yes, our wood manufacturer works with managed forests where they are selectively harvested to ensure that the forest remains healthy and productive. This is the local United States north/south America & overseas.
What is your warranty policy on your wood flooring products and installation?
We offer a 1-year installation warranty. Manufacturer offer will vary 5 yr to lifetime.
How does the cost of luxury wood flooring compare to other flooring options?
High-end luxury wood will probably be the highest priced. Although each hard surface will have a low to mid to high end.
Can I see samples or visit a showroom before making a decision?
